  • How soon can I get my order?

    If you choose a FedEx or UPS Overnight option, your order will arrive the next day, with Priority orders delivering before noon. 2-day shipping will arrive within two days from the shipment date, while Ground orders typically take 2–4 days, depending on your location.

  • Do you ship to PO boxes?

    We unfortunately do not ship to PO boxes.

  • What happens if I miss the cut-off time for my order?

    Orders placed past the cut-off time will be processed the next business day. However, we’ll make every effort to ship it the same day if time allows.

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    If your order has not yet been processed, we are happy to update your shipping address. Please contact our support team as soon as possible at 647-317-3118.

  • How soon do orders ship out?
